Executive Team Capability Uplift - to adopt a mindset and operating rhythm suited to leading and coaching adaptive ways of working

Challenge the Management Norms - reinvented the company’s conventional performance management approach into a Performance Partnering method based on resetting the definition of performance to focus on Achieve; Develop; Enjoy; Partner (ADEP)

Pilot Performance Partnering - engaged the Executive Team and selected Team Leaders and Employees from across the business. Extracted learnings and worked with L&D to tailor all micro-skills tools and learning supports ready to scale up

Tailor and Implement - embeded the new Performance Partnering approach through a 90 day capability uplift program across all Leaders and Employees – using 30 day sprints to ensure double loop learning

Coach and Certify - equipped in-house Learning and Development specialists to continue supporting the ADEP conversations, and to meet the demand for scaling the implementation into North America, Europe and South America

The impact of Performance Partnering was immediate and substantial with a double digit lift in already high ENPS which placed the business as the leading site in the international group.
